its a 939,184 mb gmapsupp.img file that covers the whole US

its not locked just winrar and copy the gmapsupp.img to to a garmin directory

note:deselect any autoroute map that covers the same area.

I was looking at this seems like it may be a little outta date, still good though. Is there a more up to date version available anywhere?

I know that the latest version from Garmimn is v 5.00, so this one is a little old.

Hopefully someone will have v5 and upload it here for us.

Hi Midnight Blues,

Thanks a lot for the help and the link.....

But unfortunately, that is the INland Lakes with "Fishing Hot Spots" which has long been discontinued by Garmin and is older than the Regular Inland Lakes Bluecharts which come as one complete map/chart instaed of the 3 separate regions.

Garmin has so many different styles of charts, it's hard to keep them straight.

They currently have the regular Bluecharts ( now on MemCard Only) g2Bluecharts, g2 Bluecharts VISION.

They seem to be trnasitioning to SD/MicroSD card only, but a few ( like the Inland Lakes ) are still available on DVD. The new g2 charts wont' even work with MapSource any longer... you have to use their new program called "HomePort" which is a $30 charge just for the program.

It's all very frustrating and makes it difficult for a boater to use the Garmin product now-a-days.

Garmin US Inland Lakes Detail Map with Imagery (3.00)

This map comes from Garmin
it was pre-loaded on an Oregon 400i as gmapprom.img file.
