Mapinstall Patched Version v3.14.0 Special (Patched)+v.3.13.5

As of now, "MapInstall v3.14.2 Special (Patched)" .exe is not available yet.
Here is MapInstall v3.14.0 Special (Patched):
(actually, Properties>Version>File Version says it is 3.14.1.0)

I just updated mapsource to 6.16.1 & my mapinstall was not updated to version 3.14.2.........(it still was version 3.13.2)

Install BaseCamp 3.03, it comes with Mapinstall 3.14.2.

So that must have been how I ended up with it.
I've also confirmed that BaseCamp v3.0.1 includes MapInstall v3.14.0.
Maybe BaseCamp v3.0.2 had MapInstall v3.14.1?
Currently, Garmin still only offers the full install of MapInstall v3.15.5 below:
