no you can't since the unlocker tool will create a key made out of the unit id of your device and the map id of the map. any other garmin device will have a different unit id
Hi, can this be used along with the Garmin mobile XT (v 5.00.20s60.9) sat nav software on an N95, I mean will the maps conflict or is it a seperate app or just a stright install? Thanks as always for showing the way.

Thanks for lightening fast reply Catymag, Amazing. Will do that update now. Does that mean the topo app will work with the N95 v1. after I upgrade the Garmin XT. I assume I run the SetupGB.exe file on the PC and then connect the phone but what then.
This map is MapSource version.
After you install MapSource as suggested by catymag, and install this map to mapsource and unlocked it followin instructions from first post,
transfer complete map from MapSource to your local drive (C).
In folder C:\Garmin you will have file gmapsupp.img.
If you already have one map on your phone, rename this one to gmapsup2.img and copy it to \Garmin folder on SD card of your phone.
If this will be only map on your phone, just copy it as it is in \Garmin folder on SD card of your phone or you could transfer it directly from MapSource to connected phone (Garmin Mobile XT).
NO THANKS POSTS ALLOWED, NO LIKES NEEDED, ALL MIRRORS APPRECIATED
Fantastic information. I will follow Catymags instructions first and then venture into the MapSource instructions from Midnight Blues. I will post back on the experience for the benefit of others like me. (Those who are reliant on guides and help from the forum members to achieve the goal).
Feeling a bit silly. I have got stuck trying to install Garmin XT Standalone Version with EN (British and US) and GR language only. First there was no exe file, just a .sis file so I used "Nokia PC suite" to install the sis file. It appeared to install, I then disconnected from "Nokia PC suite" and reconnected in "data transfer mode" and installed the .exe files for basemap and resources. All seems OK. I now try to find .sis file on phone as in the guide. I am unable to find it, but in application manager on the phone it has the Icon. When I select it the screen refreshes and nothing else happens, no garmin runs. Tried for quite a while before accepting I can't work out my mistake.
Nokia N95 V1 with v35.0.002 (18-11-09) Firmware. 2GB SD card.
