Frankly, I have no idea. Same with Hongkong Map, the JCV is also only available in chinese for the english version
I'm willing to buy the Eng map with Eng JCV (if reasonably priced). I guess this is fair enough for non-Thai devices owners & ESRI Thailand.
ESRI will never sell Eng JCV, they just sell Eng map only.
Eng JCV & Eng map is complimentary item for Thai unit (Whenever map update--> ESRI provide both Thai&Eng map to their customers.)
I used to ask for new map(TSM 10.1) from ESRI , They asked me what my unit is.
When they knew I am not their customer , they said I can buy TSM V9....Only TSM Version 9.0 not 10.1 or 10.
So if you want to buy official map , you should try to buy it from the dealer.
You can search from google. :-))

The jcv is bundled with the Thai firmware updates, and only works on Thai OS (firmware). With each mapupdate a firmware update is provided wich includes the jcv for the respective map. And, as in real life nearly all signs are in Thai anyway, the language of the jcv does not really matter. So, if you have a unit with non-Thai OS/firmware, you can only use the maps...
do you have menu thai garmin asus m10 ?
excuse me , can you upload please .....................please....
I have spent most of the day searching the internet trying to find a download for Thai OS and Current Firmware 3.90. Is the OS and firmware the same thing? I am only looking for one product? If the firmware included with TSM 10.1 with JCV? Would the Thai keyboard be included with the firmware. I have a 205w purchased in the US.
Does SG/MAL firmware allow you to use all of the features of TSM 10.1? Can I use it as a replacement for Thai firmware?
