Unrar and copy the directory City Navigator Brazil NT 2010.30.gmap in C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application data\GARMIN\Maps
The map will be ready for Mapsource.
Copy "City Navigator Brazil NT 2010.30.gmap" to "C:\ProgramData\GARMIN\Maps" if you're using Windows Vista or Windows 7.
Window XP users copy to "C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application data\GARMIN\Maps" as mentioned in post #1.

No, it's not a problem since it's EXACTLY the same physical place on the disc. You're just using a Windows shortcut pointing to "C:\ProgramData".
"C:\Users\All Users" is only a Windows 7 shortcut to "C:\ProgramData".
You can see what I mean in the properties like in this picture:
