minor changes.

These are:

• graphic changes, what 'harder' colors. Card is probably less 'beautiful', but some scenes are more legible.
• State Borders are added
• routing paths added on Terschelling
• In addition, some minor adjustments

I am looking for the atest update of Garmin OnRoute Topo Wandelkaart Nederland Update Version 1.12 / 1.13 for the MapID has been changed so that the map will work with the latest Mapsorce versions.
