velox are working for me(N95) see...
search in E:\cities\diskcache\safetyspots\ you must have a file like this "1.0.0.16.europe.cdt" inside safetyspot folder, if not I attached mine....
P.S. you don't see the safetyspot in poi section of the program but you have to see the icon in the map at a certain level of zoom....
for the weather I don't know because I have an s60 fp1 and the weather feature is only for newer phone like N97 and 5800....Regards,
