Overview: It's the latest dutch Garmin GPS map made especially for bike rides (a "fietskaart" in dutch). This map is fully routable compared to the non routable dutch TOPO map.

The new Dutch Onroute Fietskaart v1.6
The new Dutch Onroute Fietskaart v1.6
No installation needed, only unzip 'Fietskaart.zip' to the Garmin directory and add the fietskaart map to the registry, by double click the included 'Fietskaart.reg' registry file.
An 'uninstall.bat' is available to remove both the registry entry and the C:\Garmin\Onroute\Fietskaart\ directory.
To unlock the map, use GarminKeygen with MapID=5142.
Download:

RAR files size: 83.21 MB
Unrar the downloaded files to a [tempory] directory (no password needed) and follow the instructions in the '!Readme_First.txt' file.
