You have to navigate to get to the good.

None of the Maps he posted are unlocked.
He shouldn't claim they're unlocked if the maps are still Locked !
Proof the map is still locked :

I do appreciate his work, but I'm afraid that be suggesting that the maps are UNLOCKED and can directly be copied to the device, is a bad advice.
I can and will NEVER work this way because the MAPS are locked !!
This would cause A LOT OF confused members, ending up with a non-working Garmin Map..... Do we really want this ??
He could have stated that the maps were still locked and point to a guide how to use them (ie removing UL code and generate a own code).
BTW, do you really want users to generate a map for every country in Europe using the also here available CNNT Europe 2009.11 Mapsource version ?
Aren't these "double" posts in some way ?

Many members prefere IMG versions and single maps too, I have many requests.
They arent able to use mapsource and with IMG it's enough to create the notepad file and simlpy transfer in the phone. So simple and easy.
I often post both versions. The important thing is to provide mapid, but there is a list posted with garmin maps mapids

Thanks for sharing, but i must add some intructions :
If you cant unlock this map,use gmaptool to remove the exisitng key embedded in the IMG. file, then use Garmin unlock to make it unlock
1 Remove current key from img file
2 Create new key from MapId and the device number in JetMouse soft, and update the .img with the new key.
If you did'nt remove the embedded key by just insert new key it will not work...

I agree with that, but if the user is not able to use Mapsource , then it would be unlikely he will be able to use the GMAPtool to remove the existing non-working code
You know as well as I do, that without removing the "old key" from the IMG, there is no way to make it work, even not with correct MAPID and correct generated key by Jetmouse.
For the people who would like to try this cumbersome method to make these maps working, I attach the GMAPTool v0.39 needed to remove the non-working key from the map.
