    Question Innov8 I8510 Route66

    Hi,
Im looking for a ******* version of the Route66 navigation software or the i8510. Its a S60v3 phone and its a mission to find apps that are compatible. Ive found a few but now im looking for some navigator. Tomtom doesnt work, ive heard Copilot works and route66 is a preinstalled app for which u need to pay for maps. Could someone tell me if its possible to activate the preinstalled one somehow without a 2 week trial.
    thanks

    Hi,
Thanks for the info but....doesnt work. I tried to install MN6 last time but it said it was a unsupported format.
With Navigon MN7 it returned a "Certificate error. Contact the application supplier" Message.
I hear they can be self signed? Is there a way to get around this problem?
    Thanks for your help.
Btw certificte check is off and unsigned have been set to allow too. ITs not a expired certificate error so th date is irrelevant.
Isn't there some sort of application/software that can sign sis files using the IMEI number?
    again thanks for any help.

    Default I8510

I'm also trying to find a way to get a decent functioning Satnav program for the I8510.. I like the look of Route 66 but i'm not too keen on paying for the maps.. I upgraded from the N95 (which gave me 18 months free voice navigation from nokiamaps).. Surely for such an expensive phone/Camera/Music player/Teasmaid we should get these things bundle in!

I've tried Garmin but unfortunately the I8510 doesn't seem to like it.. it will install ok but just closes after the splash screen...

    oh well!.. the search continues
