Thread: Route 66 maps work on Nokia Navigator

Let's start

The trick is

1- Download Route 66 Mobile 8 from this link :

2- Install it in ur mobile.

3-Run the program and download the map and the voice u want from the store of Route 66 it will be a trial version for 14 days only
via wireless connection ( The best Choice ) !
or u can download Route 66 sync program to download the maps from this link

4:Check you can see the map unlocked in Route66. You must see the streets of your map !

Download Nokia Navigator which works with 6110 from this link.

Install it and run one time then exit without changing anything !

e:\system\apps\route66_v8\data\Imei.dat TO e:\system\apps\navigator\data\Imei.dat

e:\system\apps\route66_v8\data\res\navig ator.dat TO e:\system\apps\navigator\data\res\naviga tor.dat

e:\system\apps\route66_v8\data\audiores TO e:\system\apps\navigator\data\audiores

e:\system\apps\route66_v8\data\maps TO e:\system\apps\navigator\data\maps





NOW MAKE THESE FILES READ ONLY :

c:\system\apps\navigator\data\res\navkey s.dat(if tis file is found ten make it as read only or else leave it,as i did not find tis file)

e:\system\apps\navigator\data\hk.flg

e:\system\apps\navigator\data\Imei.dat

e:\system\apps\navigator\data\res\naviga tor.dat



Run Nokia navigator and let it to connect to net for synchronize! When this is done everything must be ok. You can now configure the program to your needs and use the unlocked map without trial...


you can uninstall Route66 as i did...

That is the way i make it worked. Also i changed the date to further to check if the map still unlocked and YES the map is still unlocked...

try tis it should work 200%




AND ALL INDIANS NOW YOU CAN NAVIGATE WITH NOKIA NAVIGATOR,AS INDIA MAP IS PRESENT,AND THIS NAVIGATOR IS FASTER THAN NOKIA MAPS,IN TERMS OF CALCULATING ROUTE ,GETTING THE GPS SIGNALnote:we need to run the r66 v8 once and see the map unlocked and also zoom into street level of the map,then only some of the files would be created
