Sorry to bump such old thread.
I have a new to me Nuvi 3597 with gmt36 and I am living in portugal.
Device is updated both with express (latest firmware 5.50 and CN 2025 europe maps) and webupdater.
Traffic doesn't seem to work.

Does this service still work in Portugal?

edit: after many hours of search, apparently portugal doesn't have this service, and others will close in march next year
