I had continuous problems accessing forum with same 'Cloudflare' error.

One of working solutions is to add free extension 'Planet VPN' for Chrome and select 'USA' as country, which is also free in available list.
After that, accessing forum is without any problems.

If you have another 'VPN' solution, also select 'USA' to get 'normal' access to forum.
