Good find, so obviously that confirms that I had similar challenges in the past, trying to run Primo on Navigon. When I come home later in the evening, I will dig deeper to find those files, but in the meantime, you can try the mentioned Primo 2.0 version which I believe I used at that time and it was the only version that worked.

9.6.2? It is from Zervdim ancient package
I would make the package even lighter, if only by adjusting the data.zip

Also, advice, throw out the VR, redundant vehicle models, redundant licenses, unnecessary schemes, gjak skin ...

I'd like to go into a lot of detail, but I won't, because unfortunately I know very little English, so almost everything is translated with the translator "DeepL".

If this post (message) is worth anything to you, base yourself on this [Only registered and activated users can see links. ], a simple summarised answer, but the best in the whole thread.

As for iGO8, we're talking about software that's more than 10 years old and you don't need any version of iGo 8 with the lorry options enabled, iGO8 supports FTR, for example you can read this [Only registered and activated users can see links. ]. It's supposedly not as complete as Primo, but it fulfils the main functions Truck. What sometimes enriches this type of Truck navigation in iGO8 are the KMLs (made by the user) but the icons for the KMLs in iGO8 are a pain, with small modifications in data.zip, it is possible for the KML icons to appear with size restrictions of 32px (correct me if I'm wrong), I remember some Skin that already contain this function, there are users with much more information than me here on the forum about the icons for KMLs in iGO8.

No, it's not about the 64 MB of RAM, in fact it's enough to run an iGO Primo up to versions 2.0/2.0.1, but if you're interested, read on.

    It's not that simple...
Without going into detail, the most difficult GPSs to unlock that have passed through my hands are the Sony NV-U, Navigon GPS and Pioneer, specifically the Avic F700BT model. Although there is a lot of content on the internet about this model, there are many users who have broken their Avic F700BT/Avic F900BT 2DIN because they didn't do the recommended procedures and others because of incorrect, incomplete or wrong tutorials, etc.
Regarding Navigon GPS, for example, to unlock a Navigon GPS and install iGO Primo, depending on the unlocking mode, in most cases other third-party programmes are needed, such as [Only registered and activated users can see links. ], there is other similar software for Navigon but I can't remember. In the end, the [Only registered and activated users can see links. ] issue becomes a bit of a nuisance. In the case of Navigon GPS, over the years I've given up unlocking Navigons, I just use the original software with the updated official maps, it was quite easy, unfortunately now there are no updated maps.

I don't know your model, I've never had one in my hands, but now I ask you a question, with this unlocking mode, have you tried to see if the iGO8 you've installed picks up satellites?

All Navigon model series are different!...

I don't want to create any kind of conflict, or doubt you, I don't know where you downloaded this manual, there are still several on the internet, I downloaded some for the 21xx MAX model, they all contain the specifications, but none of them has this information about the 512MB RAM memory.
There's no such thing as mixed ROM and RAM, they're both 64 MB, in fact it always ends up being something less.
    This information is wrong.

If I remember correctly, the original software for the GPS Navigon 21xx MAX left the factory with MN6.x, but in 2012 the map updates for the MN6.x software ran out, for this model there was an official software update to MN7.x so that it could continue with updated maps, from the official MN7.x software update on the 21xx MAX model, it started working from SD, other older GPS Navigon models weren't so lucky, for example all those that had WinCE4.2 and worked with MN6.0.

A device (can't remember which brand) I played with years ago I remember destroying because I formatted the extra hidden partition trying to free up space
It may be possible, an example that springs to mind is the Sony NV-U GPS in Europe, which has a total of four internal memory partitions, one visible and three hidden.
    But that manual is wrong.

Yes, I agree, a good correct unlock, including the script and the necessary DLLs. Many years ago, I remember that there was a small piece of software for WinCE that detected the necessary DLLs that were missing for software that didn't want to work on certain WinCEs, especially WinCE4.2 and 5. 0, but since it's been so long I can't remember what it was called, sometimes you didn't even need a good unlock, but the right DLL or DLLs, this little software wasn't miraculous, sometimes it gave results for DLLs that didn't exist or there was no information, but it was a great help in these cases, so I think your problem is that you lack the right DLL, installed in the right place, even if it's not in the right place, a script can do the job, in my opinion no iGO Primo will serve you until you have the right DLL or you have a pirated and modified ROM, both things only for those who have knowledge of reverse engineering and a GPS just like it.

All Navigon GPS have the name "Navigon Canada 310", including Navigon PID. I've never understood why they give this name to all Navigon GPS.
Except for the Navigons with WinCE4.2, because I don't know, and the Garmin PIDs, because I don't know either.

Regarding your model, you have 4 options: 2100 MAX, 2110 MAX, 2120 MAX or 21150 MAX, all with 64MB RAM and ROM and 480x272 resolution. There are 2 methods of identifying the model, this is the simplest (white labelling).

    Spoiler: Model GPS

The 21xx models that are not MAX have a 320x240 resolution.

    This information is wrong.
What I mean by "mixed" is whoever wrote that manual has the RAM and ROM values incorrectly displayed the wrong way around.
Another way of saying that is they have the 2 values shown as the opposite of what they should be.

The manual shows the device having 512 MB of RAM.
That is not correct, it only has 64 MB of RAM.

ROM size is sometimes used by manufacturers to describe the size of a device's total internal storage partition, or partitions if there's more than 1.
That manual has the internal storage listed as 64 MB.
That is not correct, in that instance, ROM should be listed as 512 MB

    @Gjon
I have found the package (sd unlock/script, Primo) that we are talked about and that might work for you:

Honestly surprised that it launched. Gonna play around and see if it's stable with content and edit the post in like 3 - 5 business days if it lets me because the forum is whack.

My unlock works fine, the problem was finding the right Primo package for this device. I think that it has to do with the small amount of usable RAM and this exact pack can run under the limitations of the device. Satellites are not displayed at all with iGo8 or with Primo but gets a signal and tracks me just fine even at high speeds (this is the same with every Navigon device I messed with). I really don't know why I need Portspliter, it was included in the unlock shell provided by janch in post #35. I then put the bare Primo package on a root of another SD and edited the sys with the correct GPS receiver port and baud and it launched and got a signal. So no it was not the unlock that was problematic, it was the limitations of the device. I'm yet to test if it can handle more content.

    Edit:
Loaded with 3GB+ content and it is fine, although bit slow when calculating longer routes, but still better than iGo8.

The Kia edition (Primo 2.0) worked on devices with 32MB of RAM, it's not a memory problem.

You were also a little bit lucky in the setup, because that device is not designed to activate the GPS receiver via the dedicated driver (port splitter for Primo)
But there is something characteristic about it so that Primo does not support it.
We know that the exe file must support a certain device configuration, and this is mostly the case with almost all igo variants, for almost all devices on the market. But, there are cases where some edition of Primo works better with a specific device than others.
Obviously, there is something with that Navigon that is not compatible with Primo at all.

I already forgot about that iGO variant (the so-called Primo 2.2) that was really the most universal for a while, you don't have to worry about its stability

I will update/change the topic title a little bit latter according to the discussion we had
