Default Low Bluetooth headset volume through iGO

Set up my crash helmet with bluetooth headphone speakers. Volume on iGO is feeble for some reason. Downloaded a Magisk module to increase volume and tweaked a few settings to gain max volume. If I play some music it is VERY loud but the audio over iGO is less than a quarter the volume of the music?

Most annoying because I cant hear directions at such low volumes once in transit on the bike.

    Any pointers anyone.

It's probably not much help to tell you I have an old Nolan system in my helmet paired with a Fodsport WinCE GPS with the "Dynamic Volume" UX installed. With Primo voice volume at maximum and overall volume also well up, and the nolan almost at maximum the voice instructions are audible apart from in heavy traffic .

Thanks for reply. I just uninstalled Primo and installed iGO Bazar Nextgen. There appears to be no problems with audio using this version.

Now that is interesting! I assume you are using an Android device? I tried using my phone for a while and I liked the brighter display but it wasn't waterproof and I had to take my glove off to use the touch screen. I'm sure phones have got better since then.

Yes, Android, I guess [Only registered and activated users can see links. ] is his case.

Gloves have also progressed, today most of them have proper material for mobile screens on the index finger area

Back on topic, it's interesting that the Primo was not giving a good signal (level) over BT.
However, it's very possible if he used TTS, which I assume because he used it with NG as well. Better engine.

Which brings us back to the basic rules of asking questions - always leave a detailed description of the problem and the essential part of the setup.

Why does it always point to the individual doing something wrong in your books. I used the PAiGO version of Primo that you yourself gave me the link to and I have not altered it in any way.
As for the rest of it then I use VocalizerEx engine and English-UK_universal_unisex_andTTS-Boki_Srb_v.1 voice

I did not say that something is being done wrong, but that it should be described in detail
I guessed right - you are using TTS.

The vocalizer provides lower sound levels with Primo, standard voices are much louder, this has been mentioned many times. NG is doing better with tts ...

Do you have a link to a working TTS engine other than VocalizerEx for android 12. Im not bothered if I have to pay for it. Just need to sort the sound thing out. NG Basar can be working fine then suddenly drop all volume on all voices and clicks, usually after pressing screen off.
If anyone has any version of iGO working properly on a OnePlus 8 Android 11 then I would like to hear from you regarding version and sys.txt.
    Thanks

By the way Primo's vocal volume is not too bad over wired headphones but not over BT.

Personally, I don't have any problems with the sound via bluetooth, on the contrary
However, you should know how to choose a phone and headphones, both.

Have you heard of standards? Bluetooth 1.0, 2.0, 2.1 ... 4, 5, 5.2 ...Each of them has its own possibilities.
Both transmitter (phone) and receiver (headphones) must be matched.

    As for the tts engine:
[Only registered and activated users can see links. ]
you can try which any you want.
Probably newer, better versions were published in the meantime

That leaves Vocalizer which I already got but thanks anyway.
