Thumbs up Userdata Not showing....Any help pls.

    Hi all,

Any help or advice would be much appreciated. I have tried to read the forums as much as I can without success.

The issue I have is i have a card with Igo primo 2.4 Android running perfectly fine on android 4.4.2. showing all the custom poi's that reside in Userdata/POI. It runs perfect.
However, when i try the card in a Android 6.0 the program runs perfectly ok, shows the fixed POI's that are within IGO, but not the ones in "Userdata/poi".

Is there an issue with Android 6.0 in accessing this folder or do i need to change anything to get Android 6 to show the custom POI's. It is the same base software that is installed on both Android 6 and android 4.4.2, using the same .apk, but I'm at a loss of what to check next. Need your help guys please.

    Thanks all.

    Same software? Same sys file?
Pay attention, on Androids >5.0 it is recommended (or must) that the software be in the internal memory
Also, even if it remains and works on the card, her naming differs and then the path in the sys file must be adjusted
    And ...

Many questions become very arduous, a lot of time chewed deja vu...Since we have lost all the year of work and effort, many people have no will to answer the same questions again. Me neither. Use a search, please.

right 👍 in the same structure, a complete data folder (iGO_xxx) can be transferred from a device to that, i.e. 100% 1to1
Otherwise, it is always advisable to have the save folder rewritten.

It is also critical to copy Userdata/poi/ with all files, including index files, to another device! Always transfer only the *.KML! otherwise there may be problems with indexing, consequently user POI will not be recorded and/or displayed.

    New Route
    Places
Search by Name or Catogory ( Top Item) You should get a list. Make sure the KLM files are good.
