iGO on iPhone - How?
Hi
I have always used Android phones, with no problems.
I now have an iphone and find using it is a new ball game.
Elementary question, but how do i install iGO onto this phone?

Not in the classic way we're used to.
First the device must be "jailbreaked". It doesn't exist on the latest versions (yet).
Well, then there should be an interest in such a thing ...
For now you can only install iGO legally (and pay for it).
I advise you to install free TomTom AmiGO.

They are not, and it is quite possible that they will not be soon...
The other side of the coin is that there has been no cr*cked iGO for iOS for a long time

I think you don't need to jailbreak an iPhone because you can sideload any IPA. If you have any cracked IPA, you can use an app like Altstore or Sideloadly to sideload apps, but you need a Mac device to install apps. I'm not sure whether this works on Windows, but it does on Mac. Also, can you please tell me where I can find the cracked IPA so I can try it out?

Actually, 6 months ago, I extracted the iGO IPA, copied maps and POI into the IPA, signed it, and sideloaded it into my phone. The maps wouldn't show up unless I started a free trial, but it'll keep working even after the trial ends. I suppose because of the license. I just wanted to share this in case anyone wants to try it out. The only problem with this is that you can't sideload new versions; maybe old ones work.
