If you are still are unable to download Parkopedia, [Only registered and activated users can see links. ] or better still [Only registered and activated users can see links. ] then try again using GarminExpress. Back up your data beforehand if you want to keep favorites etc. as a reset will delete them.
I have tried everything (Garmin Express, WIFI), but there are only four cards, there should be five.
