1. Improved speed camera warning on highway.

Update of the wal24 skin for iGO_Luna.
Changes:
1. Almost smooth resizing of POI icons on the map.
2. Sound button has been improved (now 3 functions).
3. Added display of route point information.
4. The 2D maneuver preview has been improved.

I very much appreciate your skin.
I ask you if it is possible (in a next update ) that the size of the icons for traffic signs to be increased (similar to what the Arimi Nextgen skin offer).
With difficulty I introduced the Allain animated policeman (motorcycle) while the interface remain blocked. After restart the program works fine.
