    Default GO Professional 6250 navcore?

Have here this 6250, where the owner did mapo update, but was on WiFi, and not finished OK. After unit restarted itself, and now is near dead. Logo only, nothing more. When I connect to PC, then = its funny = 6250 open like standard two HDDs, I see one with 0,97 MB, and second with 14,2 GB, booth are empty. MyDrive not see the unit. Ive tried find CAB file with navcore on Google, to try save into small memory, but no luck. Finded only TTPKG file, which after unpack, and saving to memory, not return back 6250 to live... Have someone experiences?

First, you use inadequate terminology. These are not two hard disks, one device is connected with two storage memories. The word for it is drive. It's actually flash memory, two chips, or one logically divided. You see what and access what your device allows. There is nothing funny about that.
It's the exactly same story as when you plug a cell phone into a computer.

New devices...it’s not the same story as before. No more navcore.
New devices have firmware. It houses all low level functions, defines its behavior and houses the complete operating system. And it is with them that the story is identical to that of mobile phones.
In fact, its complete operating system is based on Android with major modifications. TomTom has not published its contents anywhere.

The only thing you can do is contact their technical support.
Or, if it's still under warranty, send it directly.
Before asking a question, know it's already discussed here and at 99.9% is not unique. Use search.

Many questions become very arduous, a lot of time chewed deja vu...Since we have lost all the year of work and effort, many people have no will to answer the same questions again. Me neither. Use a search, please.
