It's really not clear to me why newcomers always think the problem is somewhere else, not theirs...
First of all - they don't even pay attention to what the browser tells them. link is not broken then probably unavailable.
Access to the link is probably blocked by either your provider or your country's policies.
If you visited the forum a little more regularly, you would already know this.
Solution - download over another network (mobile), or use a some VPN service, or use Thor browser, or Opera and its vpn, ... google for it...
