~ Fixed a problem whereby the app could crash if the location mode was changed in Android system settings
~ The current map summary page now shows when GPS is not available
~ The 'go to current location' map button will now use the network location provider if GPS is not available, although GPS is still mandatory for actual tracking
~ Improved rendering and performance of the altitude profile display for large tracks
