No. Sys is not empty, that error is something else.
In DEVICE settings, you have to show it the path to the executable file. In settings, usually, you have option to set it. Also, there is one more posobility.
I don't know structure of your device. The easiest thing is:
if previous software was igo, I guess name of its exe was "igo8.exe", so rename "mobilenavigator.exe" of my version to igo8.exe (or Primo.exe, or anything similar).

Second thing: this is pure software.
It means that you will have to put next desired files in it:
    - languages
    - voices
    - maps
    - global_cfg
and, if you want, not mandatory:
    - buildings
    - DEM
    - speedcam's

Amigo uses different accompanying files Read again my post, and find rest of needed files on this forum.
I'm sorry, maybe you have "searched" (quote) a lot on this site, but you're not getting into the core of the matter. You have to learn something, don't expect always that someone else doing the work for you.

Edit: you are editing while I'm typing
Ok, I guess you will make it work now. Just pay attention to the settings for the port and baud rate. They are maybe the same, maybe not.
