Default Where to store Cyclops files ?

I have just updated my Nuvi 52 with the latest UK & Ireland Cyclops file from here.

We will be visiting South Africa later this year and have the latest City Navigator for South Africa on an SD card. To update the Cyclops for SA, do I copy it to the Nuvi POI file or paste it onto the SD card.

Regards from wet and windy Scotland.

    Hello Neill,

Thank you very much for keeping this thread up to date. The files run well on Nüvi 2545.

    Kind regards.

@sajnapraveen - it is absolutely normal for original proprietary Garmin format of Cyclops! There are no records in POI menu but it work as the swiss clock.
Device > About and "Cyclops" underneath copyright info - sufficient proof of successful installation...

    @ watermineral
You don't need Mapsource (program for viewing maps on PC) or firmware rollback.
You just need your Garmin unit ID, safety_camera_australia.gpi LOCKED, [Only registered and activated users can see links. ] to change the .gpi's FID to 700 (by just pressing the "FID700" button) and [Only registered and activated users can see links. ] to create a 25-digit code in relation to your unit's ID and the gpi's new FID (700).
Follow Neil's screenshots [Only registered and activated users can see links. ] to create the code.
Create a txt file, paste the 25-digit code there and rename it to safety_camera_australia.unl
Copy both safety_camera_australia.gpi and safety_camera_australia.unl in the POI folder (device or card).

Now that you know how to unlock the camera files, go back and read again the starting post in this topic and what Catymag says above, you'll understand much more.

    ATTENTION very common mistake
Go to your windows folders options and uncheck "Hide extensions for known file types" so you can see a text file as *****.txt and not as just *****
If you don't do this and you rename your txt file to *****.unl your file's real name is gong to be *****.unl.txt which is unreadable be Garmins.
