You must add Navi folder on root of your device not in some other folders.
If you first install apk and then rename foledr then here isyour problem.

    - Uninstall all and delete your folder
    - add in root of your device folder with name Navi
    - install apk and must work

Ok the problem seems to be that I don't know if I have added the app to root of the device. I made on my sd card map with name Navi. In this map there is navi.apk and other files (data, ect.). I have inserted the sd card into the map slot on the device. After this I press on navigation icon and it offers zo install the app. According to you this procedure is NOK. So how can I add this to the root of my device?

If you have navi folder on root of SD, then all is OK.
Now look in folder Navi if you have inside folder Save, if you have it, delete it and install apk and must work.

I'm having an issue. I get iGo to install, and have put a license folder in the root of the sd card. Now, an error is saying something about there being a folder named /lang that is missing. How would I fix this issue. And before I forget, THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR THIS THREAD!

    Hi Teeheeze,
You should have main iGO or navi folder in the root.
Then, contents license, ux, etc. should go inside it.
Then, inside content, you have folders global_cfg, lang, map, poi, scheme, skin, speedcam, and voice.

It seems, you have not copied all the files/folders needed to run this app.

If you search this forum, you will find all the needed files.
    Regards
    Dinesh

    Good evening from France!

I just registered on this forum and this possibility to rename the application igo navi is very interesting for me. Do you think that this procedure can work with other navigation software?

I have a Cape Town 945 World (without navigation software) and I managed to install TomTom. It's a marvellous product but it would be nice if I could use the "Navigation" touch and especially to use the volume control of the system. If I rename my tomtom.apk in "navi.apk", could I have what i wish? Thank you in advance for your response.

Hi Dinesh, and thank you SO MUCH for your response.

Maybe it's because I'm pretty new at navigating this site, but I have just searched for the last hour for the "contents" folder for iGo Primo for Android, and came up empty. Could you possibly point me in the right direction please? Just so I understand correctly, the package included in this threads OP does not include any contents correct?

Thank you so much for your help!!!
