I intend to buy a new GPS.

There are on the market more and more inexpensive Chinese GPS devices. Unfortunately, They shine for most of their lack screen brightness (especially in sunny weather) and a pitiful GPS fix (signal).
Anyone could advise a GPS device (Chinese or other) high-quality and affordable price running WinCE 6.0 or Android 4.x?
