I have problem with TMC license: CA-TMC (no key)

Anybody have the same problem or have solution how to repair this?
I have in folder TMC/ Slovenia-TrafficNav.tmc but i have error CA-TMC (no key)
Anybody have the same problem for some other country or have solution hov to repair this.
