    Hi, sorry for reviving such an old thread but I was experiencing something similar.

    I had previously installed the "joker" TMC subscription for US, EU and AU.

    Recently I went for a trip to South Africa and I added the ZA subscription before leaving; only to find out that the subscription "disappeared" when I reached there.

    After coming back, I searched around and stumbled upon this thread and realized my GTM35 was upgraded to v3.10 firmware.

    I thus used Angelo's method for downgrading the firmware to v3.00 (via "upgrading" to v2.80 marked as v3.11 then "upgrading" to v3.00).

    Now, my GTM35 shows v3.00:

    Whilst the Nuvi is running, I can add the ZA TMC subscription:
    [Only registered and activated users can see links. ][Only registered and activated users can see links. ]

    But after a reboot, the ZA TMC subscription disappears:
    [Only registered and activated users can see links. ][Only registered and activated users can see links. ]

    Is it confirmed that I am no longer able to add any more TMC subscriptions to this GTM35? If not, does anyone know of any other way to add the ZA subscription?

    The disappearance of the last signature was because it was recorded in volatile memory and can not be recorded in the GTM35 memory, ie, the cause is that this memory is full. The Jetmouse procedure to delete signatures installed only hidden and not delete them effectively. Unfortunately I not know a method to delete in fact, even I have with me an GTM25 with the same problem. Therefore it is recommended to install only the signatures we need, because the memory of these cables is limited.

    @j4m35
    I have a US GTM26 maxed out. I've searched for years for a solution to delete unwanted subscriptions. If Angelo can't help then it can't be done at present. Your only hope is that later fw updates again increase the number of allowed subs.

    Thanks Neil and Angelo! That definitely clarifies the issue. So if it wasn't full, the v3.00 firmware would still allow insertion of signatures; whilst the v3.10 firmware disallows insertion of Jetmouse signatures because of the lock.

    Yes, exactly. Keep it in case another upgrade increases the number of allowed subs as did V2.90 > 3.10, but then of course you'll need to only add legitimate signatures to have them work unless some other work-around is found.
