Yesterday, I tried the chn230 but with no luck. I combined boot.ini v360 with chn230 as .rgn and boot.ini v410 with chn with no luck. The device came always up in a rebooting loop. A version with boot.ini 360 & sgmy 250 and 410 chn 220 worked (I gave them all the HWID of the boot.ini). But no 3D, no DEM and no CityXplorer. I'm able to see the maps on the device, they seem to be ready - but with no effects.
I wondering if there is any combination fw_all, fw1_rescources what will work for me, I mean with 3D and other suff. It's so rediculous that garmin came up with a new version 410 that is approx. 10 MB smaller as the chinese versions.

Today, I tested some combinations - mixture of fw_all and fw1_rescoures from different versions - It didn't work, the result is always a GIR Checksum Error. The Turboccc combination didn't work for me.
    Any suggestions?
    well, just tested:
    US4.10boot +rest 2.30 CHN --- reboot loop
    US4.10boot +rest 2.30Msyng - working ok,
    features:
poi selectable, media player, no slow redraw on screen (happened in 3.60us+220 chn)
havent tested dem file or 3d features because i think my files are locked,
will keep this version a couple of days..
this weekend will test 4.10us + 250syng (stacy have you tested this one? if so, whats new?)

When you unlock 3d open SD card and create folder Map (if you dont have it on sd card)and put your gmap3d.img in that folder.
    Path to gmap3d.img is SD/Map/gmap3d.img

Has anyone tried using US4.20+mysng? I've got a 3750 and am going to try it after I get back from a road trip.

This sounds like a great project. I hope someone find the unlock to get 3D on this gps.

I have 3D building view on my 3750. Just install the CHN or SgMy firmware and put the 3D maps on the GPS.

I read the whole thread and saw people having problems to get 3D on the 3760 GPS. Is there something I am missing?? You make it sound easy.
