How and where to put the cmd map ID & FID & PID correctly!!!!
    Where to put them?
So I use notepad and upload the cmd file

    Source code from CMD file:

    @ echo off
    color f0

    CD /D %0\..
:: REPLACE WHAT IS ON THE RIGHT SIDE OF THE 3 = SIGNS INBETWEEN THE 2 YELLOW BARS BELOW
    :
set Map#=REPLACE THIS TEXT WITH JUST THE MAP NUMBER... SUCH AS VUS010R
set FIDNew=REPLACE THIS TEXT WITH THE MAPS FID/MAP ID NUMBER
set PIDNew=REPLACE THIS TEXT WITH THE MAPS PID NUMBER (USUALLY IT'S 1)
    :

    like this:
    set Map#VUS010R
    set FIDNew#000
    set PIDNew#1

    set d=%CD%
    set l=Locked Map
    set u=Unlocked Map
    set s=Split

    ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Remenber I am using a Garmin GPSmaps 400 series. I have only an SD slot no connection to my PC.
So my unit ID is not available for me.
I select custom map on the Garmin unlock Generator

I only have an SD card like this?
How to generate the PID & FID. Map id is assuming the card name for example EU060R.

drag&drop the bluechart gmapsupp.img in its icon and voila' the map is unlocked.
Copy in sd/Garmin and you dont need anything else.
Reading [Only registered and activated users can see links. ]

Read gimgunlock thread, all the explainings are there.
Gimgunlock is the best tool to unlock .IMGs.
For maps requests we have a dedicated thread in maps section: it's sticky.
