This UX Utility works independently of whatever skin you have. Some skins have this facility built in so not required for them but if you have a basic skin and want extra options then this feature is for you.
This shows the current name of the city/town or village your currently in.
For WINCE, just place the zip file into your ux folder in the main igo folder. If ux does not exist just create it. You do not have to extract the zip, just drop it in the folder and start your system and it will work automatically.

You can change the location where the name is displayed by opening up file names cityname.ui within the ui_igo9/common folder of the attached file. Just change the numbers in bold for the position you want.

Is this UX for WIN or for Android !
Hi, my IGO is with skin “diMkaWA_P171” , this UX is working very good with it. But it located under the right buttons and I can see it when they become transparent. Is not big problem but I want to move it in the middle of the screen on the same level. I tried to do it on your description but I manage to move it only on vertical.
This tool Is very useful for me, I thank you in advance !
UX for WinCE
I put this UX in my Primo 2.4 running with Skin diMkaWA_P174 e the city name did not appeared, could you please tell me what could be wrong?
Thanks,
Mauricioea
Hello guys, any News about the problemhis UX did not work with Skin diMkaWA_P174? I have tested with Skin diMka 156 and Primo 2.0 and worked perfect but I want to use that with Primo 2.4.
Waitingsome help from the Fórum Experts
Thanks

I do not understand what to open to modify bold values. If I do open using total commander the cityname_24 file in the specified file I do not have any text to modify. With Total Commander I opened cityname.ui within the ui_igo9/common folder of the cityname_24.zip and all I see is just an blank iso file. For me Total Commander uses ultraISO to open it.
Am I doing something wrong? How to do it to open it properly and modify the suggested settings to have it centered at the bottom centre of the screen? I am using primo 2.0_i3.
Any help would be appreciated.

My bad. I did manage to see the above lines, but I cannot get it centered on the middle of the screen.
I would like to see the city name on bottom center of the screen. What should I add to work like that?
Edit: Problem solved. I've got centered city name. Other values had to be modified, not the bold ones.
