Also, what kind of activity you are planning to do?
i.e. for hiking I use an Etrex (30x) but on the dirt-bike I use an GPSMap (62s). Has to do with size, weight, screensize and operating with gloves.
What I suggest:
- hiking - Etrex
- bicycle - Etrex, Oregon, GPSMap 64s
- motor-bike - GPSMap 64s, Montana

Just visit a good gps-shop where they can advise you, have a look in real life rather than pictures on the web, hold the different models in your hand and try to have a look at the screens in sunny daylight. You might pay 10 euros more in a shop like this compared to an online discounter, but you know for sure you will make the right choice.
