This would be to update my Carminat TomTom
The start and end of the zone can be found in TomTom SPC. The OSC database contains the exact locations of speed cameras, with a potential deviation of about 10 meters. These files cover all of Europe plus Turkey. *.ov2 files work wherever this format is supported.
