    help igo primo photo poi/

    just downljaded latest maps europe 2017 q4 it some pois come up as photo ie photo_20180301-203214 but when i click the info button i get blank page any ideas?

    There is no 'Photo-POI' in this map

    Photo (JPG with GPS-Date) search iGO-Primo-Nextgen default in Folder \Root\DCIM\ and Data-Folder (excluse this with a nomedia-File in Folder)

    Read what's @rondoan wrote.
    Your primo is set to read the files frome device memory. It is also possible you are using some skin or customized version.

    @gorelovo, search and install a newer Primo-Build (9.6.29.625822 or 9.6.29.636868), they work great with map files since 2016.

    better; install a Nextgen and learning by duing........

    hiya no skin and not customized all on internal memory sorted o
    ut the licence files all ok there now but this picture poi is stll doing same thing its strange i dont need it but am curious as to what the photos might be as 5 are pois on my house

    the poi in question is at location 59.76099 30.15145 if there are no photo poi in the map what the heck are they? the poi info comes up with photo_20180227_104946 5 photos with different refs?

    i found next gen is unreliable this version is very stable

    ! this is a Photo-POI for iGO-Primo-Nextgen and other Navi-App. all other is Bulls... an not from Board here
