Hi everyone,

A customer sent me a TomTom Start 60 with the following issue:
As they said, they tried to update the maps via My Drive Connect but there was a power cut and the device is stuck at TomTom logo screen.
I tried to load the black screen with the white letters holding down tha power button after restart following TomTom's instructions but it failed too, the black screen does not load the device keeps restarting.

Any idea what to do?
