Default Tomtom start red cross at start

Hello everyone, it turns out that this time they have brought me a tomtom to which a red cross comes out before starting the system, I have formatted it and I have reinstalled the navcore, but it does not do anything ....

Does anyone know how to fix it?

You could try holding the power button in until you hear the drum roll or try running clearflash.exe 3 times allowing a reboot after each run:- [Only registered and activated users can see links. ]

The icon of the hard disk is also shown, at the bottom of the screen, but it is not flashing.

And then to the right side the red cross blinking.

Did you make by mistake a Bootloader update ?
If it even won't startup the Navcore, you've a realy BIG problem.
There is a special Bootloader available to solve this problem, I've no experiences with it, but I've sent it once to someone who was quite satisfied afterwards.

    Mind your mailbox, please.

Hello, good morning friend, thanks for your files, and download them, I put it in the Tomtom root and stays that way, once safely ejected from the computer.

When I connect to a mobile phone charger, I keep getting the red cross, I can not read the system.

Possibility the Phone charger is not suitable for the GPS. Check data plate on both GPS and Charger for power requirements.
