My friend claims - never saw such sort of MB.
But this is not the main problem...
NAND flash is hidden under tin cover, but no use if you reach it - it must be pre-programmed. So - as many here suggested - much easier to throw away this device and by another. As a variant - find same series faulty device (broken touch/monitor/etc, but healthy MB) - and assemble 1 healthy from 2 faulty...
Replacing only NAND flash with healthy from another unit will result in the same - SerialID will change anyway.
And would not the possibility of connecting the flash via cables to a teensy-type programmer and dumpear the content of a healthy one?Quote:
