    Default Tomtom Mydrive Account Problems.

    I forgot my account information when I register my TomTom device. I don't do email address access. I can't update my TomTom device. I created a new account. However, this account has registered another account says the device. How can I do. Could you help me out here?

    You can tie device to another account after 6 months.
