Live services help needed (TomTom GO 540 LIVE/Truck 9.701 and latest truck map)

Hi folks,

I am running the above Navcore and map on my Tom Tom GO 540 Live.

In TomTom Home, it gives me the option to buy the live services at £47.50 for a year at the bottom of the screen when i have updated it.

If i go to 'Add traffic, voices and other services' option the live services option is greyed out and says LIVE services are not supported on my device - yet if i choose the 'traffic' option it is allowing me the option to purchase the service.

I am happy to pay for the service (unless there is an option available on here

), but what i do not want to do is pay the cash aand it does not work...

can anyone advise me on this please?

Hi,

That does not really answer the question. I do not have another device with a LIVE subscription. all i want to know is if i purchase the subscription - will it work with the above map/navcore on my device?

The 9.701 (in your orig post title) DOES allow Live services still unlike the 9.702 which doesn't

Simple answer to your original question; yes no problems with 9.701

i keep getting an error which says 'oops, error code 107' everytime i go to input my live services subscription details.

is my device missing a file somewhere?

i have purchased the subscription but can't use it...

That's a TT error, not yours. See [Only registered and activated users can see links. ]

PS forget suggestions of resetting/returning to factory settings from TT & others. That AIN'T the answer!
