Default TomTom ONE 1st Edition and "NEW" 4GB SD Card - Not Working - Why?

    Hi

I have a TT ONE 1st Edition which takes an SD Card and this morning I bought a replacement 4GB SD Card. I turned on the device and inserted the card and then saw the 'on-screen' display remove the card and move it to the top right of the screen with a RED cross through it.

Can anyone tell me why this is happening and what needs to be done to correct it please?

BTW, there is obviously no software on the and I'm wondering if this has something to do with it?

    Regards, bheart

maybe your bootloader not allow big sdhc cards look your bootloader and change it if needed...

if you device contain internal memory also copy all from internal to sd
(of copy all from old sd to new one)

    Hi P33dro

    Thank you for your reponse.

I've resolved the issue now and it's working ok.

P33dro, can you help out with this request: I am a 'truck driver' and I would like to download a 'Truck' map covering Western Europe which also has full cover for the UK & ROI and then install it on to my TT ONE 1st Edition with 32MB of RAM, a 4GB SD Card and Bluetooth features. Is this possible and if so, could you provide a link to download via FileServe which I find has a reasonably fast download speed.

Also the filename of the map and navcore version that will give me IQ Routes and Lane Guidance

    Regards, bheart
