Default Seeking help with TomTom Android 1.4 (v1.9) - Professional Setup

    Hi guys,
I am a professional UK taxi driver looking for a working TomTom Android 1.4 (v1.9) APK setup. I need the classic "City > Street" search for my daily work.
I recently bought a TomTom XL for this specific menu, but the hardware is way too slow and unusable. I have searched everywhere for the 1.4 Android package, but all the links I found are dead.
I am looking for a complete, working folder with the latest UK maps. I am ready to pay for this service to get a 100% working setup on a modern Android device.
Please PM me if you can help.
    Thanks!

This ancient version only works up to Android 5.

    Try NDS 3.4.21-latam.

Seeing that you are a professional UK taxi driver then I would look it one of these GPS units.
The reason I say this it would be a tax right off for your work as a taxi drive.

There are many models to pick from that would meet your needs.

TomTom NDS is OK, but it has not been updated for a long time.
You still get maps for it.

Now if you want to have it work with Android Auto there are many GPS apps on the market that do a great job.

I take a taxi many times a year and what I see the drive using has always been Google Maps.

But that is up to you as to what will fit your needs.

I hope this helped you out.....
A lie goes around the internet before anyone ever fact checks it if it is true or not. In most cases no one ever checks anything they just accept it as fact.....

    Just to add
TomTom XL is not android device. It uses a proprietary system with the appropriate old map format

What is even more important and if you even decide for an android device, additionally, the old android software is no longer functional. There is no support from the servers, they have been discontinued. You will be able to install the apk but you will not be able to complete the setup at all
Any quality Android tablet will be able to get the job done if you insist on TomTom and if you use modern NDS.
    Or any proper software today
Before asking a question, know it's already discussed here and at 99.9% is not unique. Use search.

    Spoiler: obs
Many questions become very arduous, a lot of time chewed deja vu...Since we have lost all the year of work and effort, many people have no will to answer the same questions again. Me neither. Use a search, please.

NDS software has not been updated BUT it does receive map updates regularly.
