Just install apk (from post #11) and be sure that you enabled storage access in permission's.
The new version 1.9.6 that appeared on the GP does not differ in any way from the one that is already on the forum.

Just tested and Traffic is working in Belgium
Could be that info from Spain has fallen out.

I do not think Android 11 has anything to do with Traffic and TomTom NDS.....
