It doesn't work on a standard device; the patched app opens but displays an error screen.
Perhaps your phone is rooted, and you have your reasons for not posting the resulting .apks file of Lucky Patcher.

Now the version is 3.6.324.

At the moment, unlocking the truck function is only possible on a "rooted" device + LP

Let's be happy that the apk work for "small" cars works..

Patched versions of TomTom GO will only work on the device where they were patched.

I did try to patch TomTom GO 3.8.6 324, but it crashes at step 7.
Is there a solution? Thanks in advance.

That no longer works with the URV Manager.
You should read the latest posts.
As I wrote above: anyone not experiencing problems should keep using the old version.

Is there still a website where I can download the original version of 3.6.320 ?
