Great, thank you. As I wrote, both versions in my are working perfectly out of the box, but they are in English. So additional language support is very appreciated.
UUUps I get a parsing problem with the language files and xapk installer. What did I do wrong? By the way the third edition also is working very well, but it was definitely closed when I trie to install the language file

Thanks, Spyder. This version installs and works perfectly. If you have File Manager + on your phone, you can just install the xapk file directly without needing the xapk installer.
How can I install the xapk so its visible for android auto? I cant install it with king installer.

You can over-install (if installed with posted xapk file)
TomTom is very lazy and very inconsiderate to make complete language support. Although "we" offered to do it for free, they didn't want to accept and even threatened to sueQuote:

We've discussed this many times before, especially in NDS topics
It's not enough to just insert the language as NAFANE described previously in post #25
If you want full language customization, it is necessary to translate over 5000 lines of code that are responsible for it
And this needs to be done for EVERY language you want to add
We did this for NDS with great help from dear collaborators from various countries
Everything worked as described by NAFANE in post #25. I installed TomTom officially from Play Store. Then followed all steps described above. And now I have TomTom running smoothly on my phone. Thanks for the detailed explanation. Note though, in item nș 5, "...select version v1.18.0-dev6" As of today, 22-08-2026, the current version is v1.19.6. Normally the most current version is selected by default.
