    I'm working on xiaomi. you have to change the permissions for the application and enable access to the memory in the phone settings. By default, it's turned off

    @boxbat,

    There is no need to make new posts for each post you answer.

    Look at Post 13 as an example......

    The same goes to all the users who copy a complete post when answering a post.

    It only clusters up the area of the post and is not needed.

    Look at my posts and others.

    I know. Excuse me. On other internet forums in which I am providing it is otherwise solved. answers added in a short time are automatically added up in one post

    On Lenovo TB3-850M this app has a very slow startup = 1.40 min. Is this a normal behaviour?
    In comparison the app Waze is instant.

    @whiteman,

    It depends on how many maps you have downloaded.
    How fast the SD card is.
    Having a high end card is the best for speed.
    How fast the Tablet is.
    How many other apps are running in the background
    How much space you have left on the SD or memory.

    On my P8 lite smartphone it takes seconds for it to load with Android 6.
    32GB SD Card
    Germany, Belgium, Holland and Luxembourg

    On my P20 lite even faster with the same maps with Android 8
    64GB SD Card

    I confirm, this version of TomTom is working very slowly. I have installed 1.17.3 tomtom and works very fast. This is not a matter of SD card or size of maps

    I compared both GO and NDS versions, on three different phones, (S4, Q6, XZ2C), NDS is slightly faster.
    I can only assume that Lenovo device and NDS do not like each other for some reason. I've also heard same complaints from another user who has Y6 II Compact (not on startup then routing). On all other phones, no problems.

    Before asking a question, know it's already discussed here and at 99.9% is not unique. Use search.

    Many questions become very arduous, a lot of time chewed deja vu...Since we have lost all the year of work and effort, many people have no will to answer the same questions again. Me neither. Use a search, please.

    Thank you very much!
    I have installed successfully in HUAWEI mate 10 Pro, It's very good!
    But how do you decompile and recompile TomTom 1.0.5? I am using the tool apktool v2.3.4.jar is not successful. I mean, back compilation is not successful.

    By the way, what folder is the map downloaded by TomTom 1.0.5?

    @vandjoe,

    Again we did not read all the posts.

    Start from post Nr.1 and read all of them and you will find your answer's to maps.

    Now I understand. Installed on a Samsung phone, the map directory is:

    Android/data/com.tomtom.gplay.navapp.nds/files/NdsMaps/world/DATA/00000028/..../.../PRODUCT.NDS

    But the strange thing is that the installation directory on Huawei phones can't be seen!
