If you look into the com.tomtom.gplay.navapp.nds folder you will see a file with the ending "obb"
So you put the folder in Android\obb\
Now I do not know if you ever installed programs form the Google Store but you will see folders with other obb files too.
Most of the time Games have folders with obb files in them.

Sometimes you need to restart your phone then try.
Sometimes it takes 2 or 3 restart of the app to get it going.
Once it starts there should not be any more problems after that.

This also works on some models of Nissan too.
