Wherever you want, but for more space I think is more better to put on sd card. If you look on the first post, Brown Dog explain step by step how to install on sd card.

I have an old 320X480-screen-resolution android phone (4.2) I want to use as navigator. Does this apk support that? Does it have minimum resolution requirement? Thanks in advance!
The app requires a screen resolution of between 800 x 480 and 1920 x 1080 so your old device is unlikely to produce a good result.
