Write yourself a custom tool to unpack both types of maps, analyse both different types of unpacked maps by reverse engineering - then spends weeks/months trying to write more software to convert them....

In other words - what @asprin624 said, because nobody else is going to waste their time for maybe 1 or two people that would ever do this - not when you can just use an app called Sygic Truck that already works and can read those maps.

FYI, I will be having a clean up of my mega upload account this month at some point so I will be deleting a lot of old releases. I suggest if there's anything in the release page you want to keep you should download it in the next week or so as I don't keep backups on my computer so it will be erased forever....I'll keep the latest versions of Truck and Sygic Aura - but everything else will be getting removed so if you need it - get it ASAP.

I've updated the corresponding maps for my region from the ones offered by the app. I'm using Sygic Truck 20.6.0. Before the update I could use the traffic facility. Once updated it's gone! In the Sygic folder the "disable.text" is not present. Is there any way in which I can go back to having traffic, or is it that by updating the maps from the app I've forfeited this option? Is there any other way to go about it?

By default the ID of your device is spoofed (don't buy anything from the sygic store using this). The ID changes every Monday so that you can always be on a trial account, when this happens you will be taken to the map screen (no need to download anything) - just press back/exit and then start the app, next time you start you won't go the map page and the app with work with your new id.

Auto ID is controlled by a text file in your Sygic folder called 'disable.txt', if this file is present autoid is turned off - that way you will keep your id and it will not change on a Monday. This file can be toggled to be present or not by doing this:

Select - Settings/info/about/device name/copy to clipboard. If disable.txt is missing it will be created, if it's present it will be deleted.

I've not bought anything from the Sygic store. I've downloaded updates for my maps, from within the app. From then on I'm unable to use traffic, even by re-installing. I've been using traffic since I first installed with no problem. Only now after downloading the updates for the maps. The file 'disable.txt' is not present. Is there a way around this problem? Thanks.

The best way to test this is remove your version of Sygic.
Then go to the Google Store and install that version.

Then test to see if there is traffic.
There is a good chance that they are having problems at the Sygic end.
If the same problem is there then we know why there is no traffic.

Remember the version we use here is the 7 day version and the patch just renews the 7 days each time.
