Discussion about Sygic editions modified by MrDude

Again I repeat it has nothing to do with Sygic editions modified by MrDude.

Take it up with Sygic about speed cams and if they give you warning or not.
These maps are downloaded directly from the Sygic Server along with speed cams from inside the app.
Even Mr.Dude's downloader get the maps from the Sygic Server.

I do not understand this obsession with speed cameras and every little tit for tat about do they show down the street from where you live or if they give out a warning or not.

Like I have said some many times take it up with Sygic not with MrDude's posts he has nothing to do with these so called problems.

Modded Sygic Truck 20.5.0(2342) uploaded, A bit of a delay on posting this as I have been really busy doing other stuff just now - however it's better late than never!!!

Can you added at your Maps Downloader at DB-Edit the possibility to create an own region where the user can add only this countries that he need?

@Spyder, firstly thanks for posting the latest truck version - I've finished modding it so I'll post it tomorrow once I finished testing it out.

I would need to re-write a large portion of the program to do that and I don't have the time or motivation to do that. You can just make a batch file very easily to do that for you - just look at how these batch file downloaders work and modify one of those to your needs.

Hi, how install truck version 20.5.1 to SD card ? instalation don't ask me where to install maps and it installs always to internal memory

I tried to install Sygic Truck 2.0.5.0 and it can be installed only in internal memory - i.e. there is no option to install it in external memory (SD card). The phone is Xiaomi Mi Max 3.

However, the solution is simple:

Install Sygic (in internal memory) and download one map, then exit Sygic Truck.

After that you will find two folders named "com.sygic.truck" - first in Android/data in internal memory and second in Android/data in external memory. So, all you have to do is to exchange these two folders, i.e. a) to move "com.sygic.truck" from internal memory to Android/data in external memory and b) to move "com.sygic.truck" from external memory to Android/data in internal memory.

Finally, you can restart Sygic Truck and download other maps, and all of them will be placed in "com.sygic.truck" in external memory.

If you would like to move an already installed SygicTruck do a different storage, then it is necessary to uninstall the app and delete/cut any leftover folders and then install the app again.

Sygic Truck Navigation uses two different folder paths - one for internal memory and one for the SD-card.

Internal memory / Android/data/com.sygic.truck/files/SygicTruck
SD-card / Android/data/com.sygic.truck/files/SygicTruck
