Those maps Sygic-TA-V900-Maps go to Sygic In Car 18.6.2.

If you want the WCL folder then download the maps from inside the app and you will get the WCL folder

Just install the apk then install ANY Small map (from within the app) - WCL will get downloaded automatically. The reason for getting WCL from within the app is that a database entry gets written to a file in the apps system folder of Android, that file is timestamped and Sygic app uses it for some server stuff. Then you can use the map downloader program to get whatever maps or updated map that you want.

I use NON splitted maps "Sygic-TA-V900-Maps" for Sygic Truck 20.4.2 (com.sygic.truck) and Sygic Professional 20.3.1 (com.sygic.fleet) in my MB-526.

Other splitted maps are used by Sygic (com.sygic.aura) 17.3.2 and higher versions in my MB-526.

Thanks for guidance about WCL. Could this function be implemented in the new downloader too ?

I think this files, in the WCL folder, changes (almost?) nothing: I am using now files in WCL folder from version "TT_SouthAmerica_2019.09-V900-NON splitted maps" (downloaded with TMPeConsoleDownloader) and they work fine with new "TT_SouthAmerica_2020.09-V900-NON splitted maps" downloaded with new downloader "Sygic Maps Downloader".

Maybe this would be easier this way, like other downloader tools?!

I could easily add it but I am not going to for the reason I stated already above your post. Just use the apk to download the wcl files (then if you want make a copy of them and store them somewhere).

Dear all, since a few versions I got the problem, that not all stationary (I do not speak about mobile) speedcams are shown for me. I got into a few ones unluckily (maps from 10/2020) and it did not show me while driving into. In the near of my house there is also a speedcam on both sides of road, but it always just shows me for one side. I also switched between app version (18.4.4, 18.6.2 or the newest one) and all have the same problem. Before it worked without any problem and was nearly perfect. Since like 2-3 months ago this started happening.

Is this a Sygic problem or a problem from mod? I live in and use Germany maps.

EDIT: Using normal Sygic mod version from here with TT Maps (not truck) and downloaded maps through mapdownloader, also the speedcams. And I am speaking only about missing speedcams, which were shown before.

Does it show you in the direction you are driving in?
If so that is all you need.
No need to see any speed cams that are in the opposite direction you are traveling in.

If it is missing it has nothing to do with the downloader.
This info come from the server that is downloaded.

If it is missing in the direction you are driving in near your house then report it to Sygic.
But if you know where the speed cams are near you house what is the problem?
You do not need to have a GPS tell you something you already know.

Just remember this is not perfect most info comes from user input.

For your info:

GERMANY has taken the bold (and slightly worrying) step of banning the use of any system that alerts the rider or driver of a vehicle to a fixed speed camera.
Both Garmin and TomTom have contacted their registered users by email alerting them to the news that speed camera detection systems are now banned in Germany.

So you should be very careful when using your GPS while driving in Germany.

Similar problem in Bosnia with TA maps (so we cant say that is banning problem, same fixed camera are shown in map but not alerting...
With HERE maps is OK
